The Role/Client:

The role will involve supporting C with his personal care, washing and dressing, meal preparation, bed-time routine, facilitating play and assisting in his rehabilitation support as directed by the MDT to progress his longer- term goals. You will assist in the preparation of meals for C and assist with feeding.
