Finders Keepers Recruitment Ltd ("we", "us") is a complex care recruitment agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

What information do we collect?

When you apply for a role, submit a speculative CV, or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, any message or covering note you write, and your CV file if you upload one. We also automatically record the IP address and browser type your device sends when you submit a form, which we use to help keep the forms secure and stop automated abuse.

How do we use it?

We use your details to assess your application, get in touch about a role or your enquiry, and administer the recruitment process — checking things like your right to work and, where relevant to a role, DBS status. This is necessary to provide the recruitment service you've asked us for.

Who do we share it with?

We don't sell your information, and we don't pass it to other companies for their own marketing. A small number of specialist providers process it on our behalf, strictly to run this website and deliver the recruitment service:

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores application/CV data securely on our behalf.
  • Resend — delivers the email notifications this site sends (to us, when you apply or enquire, and to you, to confirm we've received it).
  • Lumara (our website developer) — operates the contact-form system behind our general enquiry form, which stores a copy of what you submit.

If you're put forward for a specific role, we'll also share relevant details from your application with the case manager or client managing that role — we'll always tell you this is happening as part of the recruitment process.

Future opportunities

If your application isn't successful, we'll only keep your details on file to tell you about future roles that might suit you if you've told us that's okay. You can change your mind at any time by emailing enquiries@finderskeepersrecruitment.co.uk.

How long do we keep it?

If your application is unsuccessful, we delete your CV file automatically. We don't yet apply a fixed deletion date to the rest of your application details (your name, contact details, and any message) — we keep them until you ask us to remove them, or until we no longer have a reason to. You can ask us to delete your details at any time; seeYour rights below.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct anything inaccurate, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To use any of these rights, emailenquiries@finderskeepersrecruitment.co.uk. We'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to theInformation Commissioner's Office (ICO)if you're unhappy with how we've handled your information — we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, though.

We use a small number of tools to understand how this site is used, so we can improve it.
