There are many stages in the recruitment process, we understand that you may not have the time, experience or resources to help find the right candidate for your role. We can take on as much or as little of the recruitment process as you require. .

We work to your budget with full transparency on costs. We have developed packages of services to provide clarity on your recruitment process, with budgets to suit all needs. Should you have more than one opening, we are able to offer you a discount on our standard rates.

 

Recruitment Support

​

We are a team of two experienced and friendly recruiters who work closely together to ensure that we always know exactly what stage your recruitment is at. We provide weekly updates on your campaign and, where candidate response is less than expected, we will work with you to understand reasons for this and ways to promote your campaign going forward. In this way you will receive consistent support throughout the recruitment process.

 

Our Ethos

We genuinely care for our clients; we get to know them so that we can find team members that fit well to their requirements. We provide flexible, extended hours to fit around your busy schedule and where possible we will arrange calls with Case Managers and Candidates at a time that suits them which could include evening and weekend calls.

Suitable Candidates

We have found that we are the agency of choice in finding clients for roles that have previously been hard to fill. We carry out initial checks and calls with our candidates prior to forwarding them to you for approval to interview. You will find that you typically have 3-4 suitable candidates for each role. We do not promise what we cannot deliver, we make statements that you can rely on, it is our first step to that change we want to make in the Industry.

Our reputation lays in the service we provide and that is reflected in everything we do for our clients. All of our work has come from previous clients or recommendations. We have turned around our last three campaigns in an average of two weeks, each campaign having given our clients 3-4 fully vetted candidates whom they have been able to successfully onboard to the role.
