We know that each recruitment campaign is unique, budgets vary, no two clients are alike and everyone involved works different hours.

 

We understand that recruiting staff is time-consuming and can be expensive with costs that are hard to control.  It can be difficult to know where to look to find the best candidates in today’s recruitment market. 

Finders Keepers Recruitment Ltd are specialists with many years’ experience recruiting in the Care sector.

  • We will work with you to develop a recruitment campaign to meet your needs

  • You will be working with one or both of us – no need to keep repeating your requirements as we will always update each other

  • We offer flexible, extended hours to suit your schedule

 

We have 3 different offerings to meet your needs and can also work with you to develop a bespoke campaign should you require something a little different, so please do ask about this.

Standard Offering

This offering includes:

  • Initial meeting with you (Face to Face or Skype)

  • Creation/review of job description and job advert

  • Advertisement of the job on various job boards*, websites, social media and other creative methods

  • Proactive searching for suitable candidates

  • Forwarding all CVs to you for review

  • Keeping in touch with updates throughout the process

  • Arranging interviews and confirming attendance with candidates you have selected

  • Advice re: checks needed for Right to Work/Proof of Address/Proof of Identity/DBS

  • Follow up with candidates including making the job offer

  • Shortlisting candidates according to criteria agreed with you so you don’t have to sift through candidate CVs

  • Telephone screening interview carried out with all suitable candidates

  • Put forward of 3-5 suitable candidates and arrange interviews

  • De-brief call with you

Premium Offering

Everything in our Standard offering with the addition of:

  • “On boarding” of the successful candidate(s)

  • Obtaining references, carrying out all necessary checks of documentation regarding identity, proof of address, Right to Work in the UK and DBS

  • Preparing offer of employment letter (and contract if required)

  • Calculating holiday entitlement and liaison with Payroll

  • Keeping you and the successful candidate fully informed at all times

Bespoke Offering

This could include on-boarding only, as detailed below, or any combination of the above that you require, we would be happy to work with you in creating the right package for you:

  • Initial call with Case Manager to discuss client and current Support Team

  • Checking of clients’ records available for current Support Team (where applicable) to ascertain which documentation is required to meet current legal requirements.

  • Check of current holiday entitlement of rates of pay for the current team/new employee.

  • Creation of Offer letter via Hello Sign along with relevant documents.

  • Monitoring the return/progress chasing of return of same documents.

  • Checking of all documents pertaining to employment and RTW upon return.

  • Checking of current DBS/Update Service or arranging for new DBS*.

  • Liaison with Payroll Company

  • Liaison with Legal team for contract

  • Creation or update of contract to Support Worker/New employee.

  • Supply of security badge in logo of Case Management Company where required.

 

* Standard DBS application charge of £46 (as at February 2022) applies

HR Support

We now offer HR support on either a bespoke package tailored to the needs of your teams or we can offer an hourly rate.

Our "By the Hour” HR service gives you full flexibility with the number of hours you would like to outsource each month.  

 

Our "Retainer Agreement" provides up to 5 hours of support per month with the added flexibility of being able to carry forward unused hours* 

Our administration includes, but is not limited to:

  • Contracts and bank agreements

  • Contract variations

  • DBS applications and checks

  • Disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence processes

  • Document renewal checking

  • Extended leave advice, eg maternity/paternity/adoption leave

  • Holiday calculations

  • Holiday letters

  • ID badges

  • Letters following probationary reviews

  • Liaison with Payroll

  • Offer letters

  • Onboarding (plus liaison with your staff for specific checks.)

  • Reference checks

  • Review of HR policies and procedures

  • Staff handbooks

  • Staffing issues
