Introduction to our Team

Finders Keepers Recruitment are specialists with many years’ experience recruiting in the Care sector.

We understand that recruiting staff is time-consuming & expensive and it can be difficult to find the best candidates in today’s recruitment market. 

 

We work closely with you to develop a recruitment campaign to meet your needs. Lara and I work closely together so when you contact us you will receive a quick response and we will both be fully conversant with how your campaign is proceeding.

 

We offer flexible, extended hours to suit your schedule and 3 different support packages along with bespoke campaigns should you require something tailored to your needs.

Amanda has worked as an Executive Assistant for many years both as an employee and for the last five years as a virtual assistant.  She has undertaken many tasks in many different areas but Recruitment and software are her passion as they they complement each other well, the software element means that she can bring new and improved working practices to the team and Recruitment allows her nurturing side to flourish.  She has met some lovely people whilst recruiting and finds it satisfying to find candidates who become an extended part of the family that they join, often giving them a new lease of life with the support provided.

Outside of work she enjoys walking her Jack Russell Scrappy Doo and working with essential oils and natural remedies.

Lara had several years experience working in the Public Sector before starting work as a freelance consultant over 5 years ago. She provided a range of business support services to clients in different areas, building on her experience developed from recruiting, customer service, project management and process implementation. 

 

Lara is a friendly and approachable person who is self-motivated, organised and conscientious. She genuinely enjoys working with clients to ensure that the staff placed are a right fit for the family.  She loves talking to candidates and discovering what makes them tick and finding people who I would be happy to employ myself.

 

In her spare time she loves socialising with friends, theatre and food (cooking and eating!)

Liz is our HR Consultant and has worked as a HR manager for over 25 years within a variety of industries including the Care sector, Investment Banks and Accountancy, supporting businesses with a variety of HR needs and advice
 
She enjoys developing supportive relationships with clients and their managers helping them to run their business in the most effective way and often assisting with complex and sensitive negotiations.
 
She has a degree from Brunel University in Business and Finance with a focus on Human resources and is CIPD qualified.
 
When not working, Liz enjoys watching her three sons play rugby, cooking, keeping fit and gardening.

Paying It Forward

Lara and I are both passionate about the care industry and bringing great care support workers to your team, our new approach to recruitment and on-boarding eases this process.  

A charity that is also making a difference is The Care Workers Charity and that is why each month we donate a percentage of our recruitment campaigns to help ensure that no care worker faces financial hardship alone.  A great way of giving back to our care heroes!







 

Availability

Platinum Jubilee

We will be breaking for the Platinum Jubilee at 5pm on Wednesday 1st June and will return to the offices on Monday 6th June.

August Bank Holiday

We will be breaking for the August Bank Holiday at 5pm on Friday 25th August and will return to the offices on Tuesday 30th August.

December Festivities


The offices will be closed from 5pm on Wednesday 21st December and we will return to the offices on Wednesday 4th January.
